Married Lay Men may be recommended for ordination in the Ordinariates

Fascinating good news from The Holy See today.  It is now clear that in addition to welcoming anyone wishing to enter into the full communion of the Catholic Church, the Ordinaries (bishops) may recommend any married man for ordination in the Ordinariates, not just those who were previously Anglican clergy.

This opens up many possibilities for current Anglican seminarians and virtually any married man to enter the discernment process for a priestly vocation.
